Used TaylorMade AeroBurner Drivers

2015

AeroBurner revived the Burner idea with a different lever: rather than only removing weight, TaylorMade shaped the head to cut drag, adding hosel fins and a raised crown ridge. It sat below the R15 in the range and covered drivers, fairways, hybrids and irons.

FAQs

The questions buyers ask most about these clubs.

What is the AeroBurner driver built around?

Aerodynamics — a reshaped crown and sole from 2015 meant to cut drag through the downswing. Two heads carry the badge, standard and Black.

Is the Black version different?

It is principally a finish change on the same head, so choose it on looks rather than expecting different performance.
