The Standard R11 and R11S were the retail builds: the same white-crowned heads and the full set of sleeve, sole plate and weight adjustments, fitted with stock shafts such as the Fujikura Blur and the Aldila RIP Phenom. It is the version most commonly found second hand, and the only one the irons came in.
