2003–2009

SZ stood for Sweet Zone, Cobra's claim of nine hot spots across the face rather than one, and it was worn by two unrelated lines. In late 2003 it launched an oversized titanium driver and the straight-neck Hyper Steel fairway metals, sold from a strong 3 wood through a 9 wood; in 2009 it returned on a wide-soled, low-profile game-improvement iron set. Nothing in between, and no connection to the 2020 King Speedzone beyond the initials.
